Registration
Registration usually begins in late July, with classes beginning around the start of the school year. Check the parish bulletin for updates.
Families must be registered parishioners. Complete:

One Family Information form per family.

One CCD Student Registration form per child.

Permission to Transport, including signatures.

An emergency contact other than a parent.
Provide a working email address, birth and Baptism certificates, applicable First Communion certificates, and any required previous-parish education letter.
Listed fee: $40 per child, maximum $120 per family, subject to change. Make checks payable to St. Paul Chong Hasang Catholic Church.
Bring registration materials to the Religious Formation Center, at the far left when entering from FM 2410.
Sacramental Preparation
First Communion requires two consecutive years of religious education. Confirmation preparation requires two preceding years of formal religious education.
Family Participation
Families complete six volunteer or formation hours annually. Unfulfilled hours are billed at $8 each, subject to change.
